Swing band Jason Allen & The Sway Band pay the ultimate tribute to The Great American Songbook. Based in Kent but performing throughout the UK, Jason and the band perform some of the greatest and most memorable songs of all time.
Biography
Jason has been performing for over a decade. In 1999 he enrolled at the Academy Drama School in London and since that time he has worked professionally as a singer and actor in various musical theatre productions including 'Jesus Christ Superstar', 'A Slice of Saturday Night' & 'Disco Inferno'.
Jason’s film credits include the Feature Films 'Uncut and Ugly Beautiful' (winner of best UK Feature at the Raindance Film Festival) and 'Exhibit A', which has also been nominated for 3 British Independent Film Awards. Jason has also appeared in numerous short films including 'The Date' and 'Pocket' to name a few.
Jason has also appeared on TV in 'Eastenders' and more recently 'Come Fly with Me'.
For you event, Jason & The Sway Band take you back in time performing some of the greatest swing songs ever written from superstars such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Tony Bennett together with modern day classics from the likes of Michael Buble. Songs performed by this stunning swing band include 'Cry Me A River', 'Come Fly With Me', 'That's Life', 'Mack The Knife' and many more.
Jason Allen & The Sway Band are ideal for hotels, corporate events, restaurants, jazz clubs, weddings and private parties.

Performance Times
As standard, Jason Allen & The Sway Band typically perform 2 x 45 mins, 1 x 60 mins or 2 x 60 mins sets but this is often flexible and negotiable.

Jason also performs an amazing 'Michael Buble' Tribute which is available solo or with the addition of The Sway Band.
The show is also available with the addition of backing dancers.
