Biography
Founded in 2004, The Silver String Quartet are an elegant, charismatic, versitile and talented ensemble. Featuring outstanding musicianship, all the performers in The Silver String Quartet are experienced freelancers in their own right, having performed, recorded and toured with many of the country’s leading orchestras and artists.
For your event, whether it's a wedding, birthday party, corporate function or a private party, The Silver String Quartet can provide the perfect background music or even feature as the centre-piece of your event. From a stage in the centre of a car sales floor, to the dance floor of a hotel ballroom, The Silver String Quartet are at home in any venue and can happily cater to all needs and tastes.

Booking Options
For weddings, The Silver String Quartet offer the following specific packages.
Silver (Wedding Ceremony):
Performance at the wedding ceremony & 30 minutes before the ceremony. Ceremony can inlclude: as guests arrive, bridal procession, signing of the register, bride & groom recession, as guests leave.
Gold (Wedding Ceremony & Drinks Reception):
As the silver package plus up to 2 hours background music for the drinks reception.
Platinum (Wedding Ceremony, Drinks Reception & Wedding Breakfast):
As the silver & gold package plus background music of 2 hours during the wedding breakfast or until coffee/speeches (whichever is first).
For smaller venues or budgets, members of The Silver String Quartet can also be booked as a string trio or duo.

The Silver String Quartet are based in London but are available for hire throughout the UK.
